Lima Farm

Apostles of Jesus Lima Farm – is located 50 miles from the Capital City, Kampala, Uganda, and is named after the very first member of the Order, now deceased.

Besides a small but functional medical clinic which is on the farm and Marengoni Primary School which is gradually being built, Lima farm is becoming a central place for training people in their abilities to do farming so as to improve their crops and livestocks that they raise on a small scale. Other activity include beekeeping. A farm tractor and implements are still needed to merchanize farming so we are able to provide for orphaned children.  

One of the evangelizing Sisters of Mary has begun a Pastoral Center, where she meets with people to share faith experiences and also teach them how to improve their living conditions.
