Friends of the Apostles of Jesus
May the Peace of the Risen Lord be with you in this time of crisis!
We are facing, together, a truly unprecedented crisis around the globe. The Coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, communities, and our daily lives. And so I wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to you all and offer you our support and prayers in this time.
First and foremost, our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who has been impacted by Covid-19, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts and prayers are especially with those who are sick. We extend our sincere heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And in this time, we are truly inspired by the heroic act of the healthcare workers who are on the front lines working tirelessly and compassionately to care for patients in need in this time. May God bless and protect them!
Dear friends of the Apostles of Jesus, I can assure you all that throughout this time of uncertainty, the Apostles of Jesus have been praying for you and all the people who have been hard hit by this Covid-19 pandemic. Our missionaries formed a chain of prayer link spread from the world where we serve and minister. We continue to pray that we will eventually come back to normal for sure that will be “a new-normal.”
In Deuteronomy 31:6, the Lord said to His people “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” In this very troubled and uncertain times, we can count on these words of our Lord God who truly never leaves us alone.
Prophet Isaiah said this very meaningful words to his people – “Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until His wrath has passed by”. (Isaiah 26:20). Our faith in our Risen Lord reassures us that even this shall come to pass and we will come out and get back to ministry. We will continue to partner together in spreading the word of God around the globe and bringing much needed healing to all God’s people.
Many blessings on you, stay safe and may the good Lord protect you and your loved ones.
